Job summary

TransUnion UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software-delivery projects within the Decision Services team. You will manage internal and client-facing initiatives across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder communication, and experience with PM methodologies. A hybrid work model is offered with in-person days at a TU office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software deliveries in the financial-services sector.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing client/internal/third-party stakeholder relationships.
• Experience applying a defined project-management methodology to plan, control and report on software-delivery projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and coordinate remediation.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and client-facing software-delivery projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, schedule and budget expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, governance documentation and supporting records for clear delivery oversight.
• Monitor progress and provide timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Chair project meetings and workshops, documenting decisions and actions.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies with remediation plans.
• Manage relationships across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope/change control.
• Support transition of solutions into ongoing operations with clear actions and documentation.
