Job Description

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis.

The role involves regular client contact working closely with partners and associates, with responsibilities including:

1. Performing research
2. Coordinating regulatory filing materials
3. Other trainee and junior associate level tasks

The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience, preferably within a regulatory, fund structuring, or fund deal execution team, and will ideally hold the LPC or SQE1 qualification.
