Job Title: Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing research
2. Co-ordinating regulatory filing materials
3. Other trainee and junior associate level tasks

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience, ideally within a regulatory, fund structuring, or fund deal execution team, and will ideally hold the LPC or SQE1 qualification.
