Job summary

• Experience with control accounts reconciliation and input of invoices into financial systems.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues.
• Awareness of disbursement and posting processes within AR/AP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complete control account reconciliations accurately and on time, liaising with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Ensure invoices are entered into the AR/AP system on arrival and raised/distributed promptly for processing.
• Respond to external debtor/creditor queries and escalate where necessary.

Job description

Ensure that all control account reconciliations are completed accurately and on a timely basis, and to liaise with colleagues both internally and externally to resolve any outstanding control account issues. Ensure the accurate and timely input of all invoice records into the Accounts Receivable / Payable system as they arrive into the Finance Department. Ensure all invoices are raised / distributed in a timely manner to support efficient processing and to act as a point of contact for all external debtor/creditor queries to ensure the swift escalation of such queries., Ensure that all control account reconciliations are completed accurately and on a timely basis, and to liaise with colleagues both internally and externally to resolve any outstanding control account issues.
