Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Finance Assistant to support accurate control account reconciliations and timely input of invoice records into the Finance Department systems. You will act as a key contact for internal and external queries to ensure swift resolution.
The role sits within the NHS Trust; training is provided, with opportunities for development across sites in Cheshire and Wirral and a commitment to high-quality financial processing.
Ensure that all control account reconciliations are completed accurately and on a timely basis, and to liaise with colleagues both internally and externally to resolve any outstanding control account issues. Ensure the accurate and timely input of all invoice records into the Accounts Receivable / Payable system as they arrive into the Finance Department. Ensure all invoices are raised / distributed in a timely manner to support efficient processing and to act as a point of contact for all external debtor/creditor queries to ensure the swift escalation of such queries.

The Trust currently supports the RealLivingWage(RLW) hourly rate as set by theLivingWageFederation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
