Job summary

Brook Street, a well-established financial planning firm, is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. You will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, maintaining client records and processing applications across life, investment, and pension products.

This role offers flexible hours within a core working system, with a company pension, optional private healthcare, and opportunities to develop within a supportive, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a financial services / IFA administration role.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and back-office systems (experience with IRESS XPLAN highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records accurately on back-office systems
• Handle incoming and outgoing information requests efficiently
• Prepare and submit applications across life, investment, and pension products
• Record new business and monitor applications through to completion
• Manage annual review schedules, ensuring all client reviews are completed on time
• Support with periodic investment portfolio rebalancing
• Liaise professionally with clients, providers, and internal colleagues
