About the role:

This role is key to our strategic growth, overseeing a large-scale business-led change program. You will report to a Senior Risk Manager within the F&I RBP team, working within a matrix reporting structure, focusing on overseeing Financial Operations and supporting Finance Change as the role evolves.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and insights across finance processes and delivery risks during transformation programs.
• Partner with finance transformation and change leaders, building strong relationships and understanding systems and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, generate innovative ideas, challenge processes, and support delivery.
• Influence risk management practices across finance, providing guidance and challenge on plans.

Qualifications and skills:

• Qualified or nearly qualified accountant with recent experience in Financial Reporting or Insurance Operations and Change projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Understanding of the financial services industry is desirable.
