Job Description:
We’re recruiting for a Financial Reporting Oversight Senior Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fund financial statements and share class distribution rate calculations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing and reviewing the production of fund financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with auditors and fund administrators to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- In time, acting as the primary contact for annual audits; training and support will be provided to get you to this level.
- Resolving queries and driving continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and reviewing share class distribution rates, ensuring correct calculations and payments.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including fund administrators, auditors, and compliance teams.
- Reviewing the accuracy of fee accruals and payments.
- Participating in team meetings, providing status updates, and escalating key issues.
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS and AIFMD Regulations.
- Understanding of accounting standards including FRS102, IFRS, and Lux GAAP.
- Familiarity with investment funds, financial markets, and financial instruments.
- Experience with governance structures and regulatory oversight.
- Proficiency in net asset value calculations and share class distribution calculations.
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including fund administrators and auditors.
- Qualified accountant or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience within the financial services industry in auditing, fund administration, or asset management.
