This is an excellent opportunity for a team-focused professional with experience in financial services administration or paraplanning to step into a leadership role within a respected financial planning business.

We’re working with a successful and growing firm that values operational excellence and strong collaboration across teams. In this role, you’ll manage a team of support staff, working closely with Financial Planners to ensure high standards of service delivery, technical accuracy, and workflow efficiency — all while developing a positive team culture.

The Required Skills:

• Experience in a financial planning, IFA or wealth management environment• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and wider financial products• Proven ability to manage and develop a team• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills• Comfortable with Excel, including intermediate functions (e.g. Pivot Tables)• Analytical and process-driven mindset• Enjoys building relationships and fostering team collaboration
