We pride ourselves on being a mutual organization and a great place to work, welcoming new ideas to keep customers at the heart of everything we do. Whatever your background or goals, we will support your career development.

Benefits

We support work/life balance with flexible and hybrid working options. Our benefits include:

  • Annual discretionary bonus

  • Holiday trading scheme
  • Matching pension contributions (up to 10%)

  • Salary sacrifice for hybrid & electric cars
  • Training and development programs
  • Private medical insurance
  • Paid volunteering days
  • Inclusive colleague networks (e.g., Carers, Pride)
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with branch and advice teams to conduct initial meetings with new clients, discussing pensions, investments, and inheritance tax. Prepare clients for follow-up meetings with Financial Advisers by gathering and entering relevant information into our CRM system, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Engage clients during meetings to understand their financial objectives and motivations.

Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service, experienced in face-to-face or virtual interactions.
  • Team-oriented, supportive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with adherence to compliance and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Looking to advance towards a Financial Adviser role, with a Regulated Diploma in Financial Advice (or near completion). Full support and training provided.
  • Located in or near Lincoln, Newark, or Nottingham; initially remote, with eventual face-to-face meetings required at branch locations.

If you're seeking a career with professional growth and a company that values its colleagues and customers, consider a future in financial advice.
