Job summary

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth Limited is seeking a skilled T&C Coach to support growth in a hybrid London-based role. You will work with SMF16/SMF17 Directors and the Head of Technical Research to monitor adviser quality, developing and assessing new advisers’ skills rather than conducting data-heavy compliance tasks.

The role offers a pathway to the T&C Manager position, focusing on soft skills, client relationships, and presentation to support elite paraplanners becoming client-facing advisers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Solid experience working within a UK IFA T&C framework.
• Ability to coach paraplanners to become client-facing advisers.

The Opportunity

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth are looking for a skilled T&C Coach to support their growth. You will work directly alongside their SMF16 and SMF17 Directors and collaborate closely with their Head of Technical Research team.

You will be using systems to monitor aspects of business quality of individual advisers, but this is not a data heavy or paper-based compliance role. The Head of Paraplanning handles routine file checks, and their directors manage SMCR and annual Fit & Proper reviews. This frees you up to use your skills to assess the ongoing competence of experienced advisers, and to develop and assess new advisers’ skills.
