Job summary

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth is seeking a Training & Competence (T&C) Coach/Supervisor in London. The hybrid role supports growth by coaching paraplanners and advisers, aligning with SMF16/17 Directors and the Head of Technical Research.

You'll assess ongoing competence, develop new advisers’ skills, and monitor quality without heavy data workload. The ideal candidate holds a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII Level 4 Diploma) and has solid experience within a UK IFA

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Experience within a UK IFA T&C framework is essential.
• Strong coaching and development abilities are needed.

The Opportunity

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth are looking for a skilled T&C Coach to support their growth.You will work directly alongside their SMF16 and SMF17 Directors and collaborate closely with their Head of Technical Research team.

You will be using systems to monitor aspects of business quality of individual advisers, but this is not a data heavy or paper-based compliance role.The Head of Paraplanning handles routine file checks, and their directors manage SMCR and annual Fit & Proper reviews.This frees you up to use your skills to assess the ongoing competence of experienced advisers, and to develop and assess new advisers’ skills.
