• Prepare monthly performance, headcount and expense variance analysis reporting packs, primarily using Excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare the UK budget and reforecasting process, collaborating and co-ordinating with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) across the UK and global.
• Support the group annual business planning process and the development and evolution of the five-year business plan.
• Co-ordinate the budget and forecast processes, issuing clear timelines, templates and guidance to each business partner, including communication with FBPs on financial matters, such as KPIs and MI.
• Ad hoc analysis to support decision making, producing reports and projections based on the appropriate analysis conducted, including relevant commentary.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, ERP skills
• Bachelor’s degree o above of Finance/Accounting subject. either qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification.
• Proven ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders, with a strong grasp of key financial KPIs.
• Deep understanding of financial systems and processes, with a track record of driving improvements and maintaining robust controls.
• Skilled communicator and networker, able to analyse information and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Experienced people leader with a strong background in team management and development.
• Solid knowledge of the investment management sector, including current trends, and experience in FP&A roles.
