A dynamic and fast-growing sports betting and gambling business based in Central London is looking to hire a talented FP&A Analyst to join its high-performing function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills to step into a commercially focused role, supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insight-led analysis to drive profitability and performance. The position involves ownership of financial models, preparation of business-critical presentations, and close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to review trends, challenge assumptions, and deliver actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for improving planning processes and analytical tools while ensuring submissions to Group are accurate and timely. The role also offers the chance to work cross-functionally, sharing best practices and contributing to broader business improvements. Given its visibility and scope, the role is seen as a key part of the department’s succession plan and offers excellent career progression.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), with relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or from practice (such as Consulting, Strategy, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services or Restructuring). You’ll bring strong financial modelling skills, an advanced level of Excel, and the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets. A commercially astute, proactive mindset, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships, will be essential for success.
