Job Description:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is working with a business that is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end group close process, ensuring complete and accurate consolidation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet figures across all entities.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the board and leadership, highlighting key financial movements, risks, and insights.
• Provide timely analysis and financial commentary to operational and finance stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Assist with quarterly external filings, including drafting the Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Maintain and oversee the consolidation platform, ensuring data integrity and correct FX application.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, reports, and presentations as needed by senior management.
