We're looking for a talented Financial Planning Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. At MHA Wealth, you'll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. Your work in Wealth will go beyond the numbers - it's about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.

The main duties of the role include:

  1. Contacting providers to obtain information on existing plans
  2. Submitting/processing new business applications
  3. Obtaining plan valuations
  4. Corresponding with clients, ensuring client records are kept up to date
  5. Other general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
  1. Previous administration experience gained from either Financial or Professional Services.
  2. Diligent, analytical, with a good eye for detail.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Good organisational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task and work both individually and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
