Job summary

Titan Wealth in Meriden—Birmingham is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to support Financial Advisers and Consultants, ensuring exceptional client service and compliant advice processes.

You will prepare client reviews, maintain records, process new business, liaise with providers, and help deliver a seamless client experience in a fast-paced wealth management environment. Hybrid role with home and office-based work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's experience supporting Financial Advisers within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised and methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client review packs and valuation reports.
  • Ensure client and policy information is accurate and up to date within back-office systems.
  • Gather and maintain information from product providers.
  • Update client plans, contributions, withdrawals and transfer information.
  • Produce client correspondence and reports as required.
  • Create and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up activity.
  • Process new business applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise regularly with product providers regarding client cases.
  • Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively chase information.
  • Prepare cases for submission and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Assist with plan information validation and reconciliation activities.
  • Manage day-to-day client and provider enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure agreed client service standards are met.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
  • Support Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.

We are now looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our growing team in Meriden - Birmingham. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from home and from the office while supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering outstanding client outcomes.

The Opportunity

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Consultants, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service and that all advice processes are managed efficiently and compliantly.

Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, clients and providers, you will be responsible for preparing client reviews, maintaining accurate records, processing new business and helping to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Adviser & Client Support

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year's experience supporting Financial Advisers within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Previous experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong IT and system skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above, or equivalent).
  • Desirable Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or similar back‑office systems.
  • Understanding of financial planning products and advice processes.
  • Progress towards professional qualifications would be advantageous.
