Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is seeking an entry-level Developing Client Support Administrator to support desk-based Financial Planners and the Client Services team. The role acts as a central administrative hub, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate records and a positive client experience.

This is a full-time, 35-hour week role with clear long-term development paths into more senior IFA administrative positions.

Qualifications

  • Essential: good standard of education with Maths and English GCSEs (5 or above).
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
  • A client-focused, service-driven approach.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for client calls and emails, handling queries professionally.
  • Support booking of client meetings and manage adviser diaries.
  • Assist with client onboarding and general client administration.
  • Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) and chase providers for information.
  • Liaise with providers and platforms to progress requests.
  • Input and maintain accurate client, policy and case data in internal systems.
  • Use back-office and platform systems with training provided.
  • Provide overflow and ad-hoc support to the wider administration team.

The purpose of the Developing Client Support Administrator role is to provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to Titan Wealth Planning’s desk‑based Financial Planners and wider Client Services Administration team.

This is an entry‑level position designed to act as a central administrative hub within the team, supporting day‑to‑day operations, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a first point of contact for clients. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient workflows, and a positive client experience.

The position offers clear long‑term development opportunities into more senior Financial Planning / IFA Administration roles as skills and experience grow.

To provide support as required to financial advisers or consultants to enable the provision of financial or product advice to clients, as set out within the FCA’s rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Client & Administrative Support
    • Act as a first point of contact for incoming client calls and emails, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently
    • Support the booking of client meetings and manage adviser diaries
    • Assistwith client onboarding and general client administration
  • Provider & Platform Administration
    • Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) and chase providers for required information
    • Liaise with providers and platforms to progress outstanding requests
    • Support the wider team with provider andplatform‑relatedadministration
  • Data & Systems Management
    • Input andmaintainaccurateclient,policyand case data across internal systems
    • Ensure records are kept up to date in line with internal procedures
    • Useback‑officeand platform systems effectively (training provided)
  • Team Support
    • Provide overflow andad‑hocsupport to the wider administration team asrequired
    • Contribute to the efficient running of the Client Services function
    • Support team priorities through flexibility and a collaborative approach
About you
  • Essential

TCF/RCR
  • To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.
