Job summary

CB3 Associates Ltd, based in North Leeds, seeks a Financial Planning Administrator to support a high-performing adviser in a 1-to-1 consultative setup. This role offers a structured path from administration to more technical paraplanning over 6–12 months, with scope to develop across investments, pensions and family planning.

The role is office-based in Moortown, North Leeds, full-time, Monday to Friday, with a base salary of £34–£37k DOE plus discretionary bonus and full company benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within a private wealth adviser support role.
• Experience using Intelligent Office and platforms like AJ Bell and Transact.

Responsibilities

• Process new business and administrative tasks.
• Prepare client review packs for meetings and organise quotations/valuations.
• Liaise with product providers and manage relationships.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to technical queries.
• Handle database management and data entry.
