Motorsport Network, LLC is seeking a driven Financial Operations Project Manager on a 12-month FTC to lead transformative initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and transactional finance. You will bridge project management with financial operations to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, develop training and change management

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes within a high-volume, fast-paced finance environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Epicor ERP is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end process improvement and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for AP and AR improvements, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Identify and document process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities within financial operations workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to align priorities and ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement training, communication, and change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Design and deliver enhanced management reporting and KPIs to provide visibility into performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable improvements, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Identify and document process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities within financial operations workflows.
