Job summary

Lendable in London is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Executive to join our growing team. You will own daily financial processing, maintain liquidity across the platform, and support the end-to-end financial lifecycle of our products.

Working cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Data Science and Product, you’ll help improve processes, ensure accuracy, and contribute to ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliations (bank, cash, payments, collections)
• Experience executing payments/bank transfers with multiple banks
• Ability to manage daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of improving processes and delivering outcomes
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work independently to streamline workflows

Responsibilities

• Reconcile collections and repayments between platform and bank transactions daily
• Prepare and execute bank transfers and other financial transactions
• Monitor liquidity levels across the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues
• Maintain auto auction proceeds, analyse invoices and allocate costs
• Support product maintenance through financial oversight and checks
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis
