Solve Intelligence, based in London, is hiring a Financial Operations Lead to own finance end-to-end as the first dedicated finance hire. You will implement the fundamentals, build scalable processes, and partner with founders to drive budgeting and controls.

This hands-on role focuses on accounting, financial modelling, and cross-functional partnering to support rapid growth toward $1B+ ARR while ensuring disciplined cash and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance at high-growth tech companies.
• Deep fluency in accounting and close management.
• Experience implementing scalable finance processes and tooling.
• Strong budgets, forecasts, P&L and cash modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier payments end-to-end (AP), negotiations and approvals.
• Own customer invoicing (AR) and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Run external accountants for accurate, on-time monthly close.
• Design and implement the finance stack and automation.
• Build budgeting/approval processes with founders across teams.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage cash with the ~$60M raised.
