Job summary

Ips Group seeks a capable Account Handler to support its Financial Lines team in a fast-paced wholesale insurance environment on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on account handling, broking support, and efficient processing of insurance documentation.

You will liaise with insurers, brokers and clients to ensure smooth account management, manage deadlines, and provide hands-on support to the wider team as required. London market experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous Brokasure system experience.
• Solid experience in an Account Handler, Broker role.
• Immediate availability.
• A good understanding of the London / UK insurance market.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Experience across any insurance business class will be considered – Financial Lines experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing account handling and broking support to the Financial Lines team.
• Assisting with the processing and management of insurance documentation.
• Liaising with insurers, brokers and clients to ensure the smooth handling of accounts.
• Managing tasks efficiently in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
