Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join our market-leading Financial Regulation and Disputes team in Bristol or Birmingham. You will handle a varied contentious caseload for major financial institutions, supported by partners on complex matters and involved in business development.

We seek a qualified lawyer with 2+ years of PQE in litigation, a thorough understanding of CPR and the litigation process, and a track record of delivering commercial, client-focused advice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in litigation or related field.
• Thorough understanding of CPR and litigation process.
• Commercially aware with ability to develop client relationships.
• Team-player with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Run a varied contentious caseload for financial services clients.
• Support Partners on complex disputes and projects.
• Provide strategic and commercial legal advice to clients.
• Participate in business development with clients and prospects.
