Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Financial Regulation and Disputes team in the UK, with offices in Bristol or Birmingham. You will handle a varied caseload for major financial institutions, supervise juniors and deliver strategic, commercial advice on complex disputes, while contributing to business development and client relationship building.

• Qualified lawyer with 4PQE or more.
• Experience running own caseload of litigation matters (financial services or related).
• Experience supervising or line managing Associates/Paralegals desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development and client relationships.
• Ability to understand client business needs and act in the firm’s interests.

• Manage a varied contentious caseload for financial disputes clients.
• Supervise junior fee earners within the team.
