Overview

PE backed infrastructure scale-up experiencing rapid growth with 250 staff across six countries now seeking an FD reporting to the CFO in a newly created role.

What will you be doing

• This person will lead the accounting, reporting and FP&A functions for finance with a Head of FP&A and Group FC as direct reports
• You will support key stakeholders in the business including ELT such as COO and CIO, the investment team and interact with external parties such as Investors and Banks
• Drive effectiveness and efficiency within finance including finance systems, processes and controls
• Ability and willingness to be hands on across your financial remit such as audit, technical accounting around leases and revenue recognition, business partnering to support decision making

Who you are

• You will be a qualified accountant with experience across both controllership and FP&A
• Demonstrable experience of the build to lease market and the infrastructure market sector
• Experienced in providing commercial analysis and influencing decision making
• Operated in international investor backed businesses with success

Where you will be working

Central London office typically 3 days per week

Package

Base £180-200,000 + bonus to 40%
