Who is the Business?

We are supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed FinTech who are seeking an experience Strategic Fractional CFO to support the next phase of growth. Recently completing a Series C raise, the business is trusted by some of the world’s largest financial institutions and operates across multiple jurisdictions. The company is scaling quickly and is preparing for significant strategic initiatives, including further fundraising and expansion.

What You'll do:

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial strategy, growth planning, and capital markets activity.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management processes.
Prepare the business for future fundraising rounds and/or strategic transactions.
Oversee the development of financial controls and operational efficiencies.
Support investor relations and enhance corporate governance practices.
Work closely with leadership to model scenarios, refine unit economics, and drive financial discipline.

Experience Required:

Experience as CFO within scaling FinTech, SaaS, or digital asset businesses from £70m+.
Track record of supporting high-growth companies through fundraising (Series C+), M&A, and international expansion.
Strong financial operations expertise, including multi-jurisdictional compliance and reporting.
Previous fractional CFO experience is highly preferred.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for innovation in finance and technology sectors.
