Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge financial strategies that align with an organisation’s long-term vision.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensuring robust planning, effective risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements while championing process improvements.
• Business Partnership & Collaboration: Engage closely with executive teams and cross-functional partners, translating complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and mentor finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous growth, agility, and innovation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, strategic financial reporting and recommendations to support enduring business performance.

Requirements

• Experience: A distinguished track record in senior financial leadership, with a proven ability to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• A consultative mindset, with the ability to align financial strategies with broader business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Qualifications: A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
