About the role

The role reports into Head of Value Management Office (VMO) and Global Functions Finance and works closely with the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and their leadership teams and sub functions.
This is a Global Finance Director role accountable for the control of consolidated financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the Digital & Tech Costs in Haleon. You will provide financial and strategic insight to leadership to actively contribute to shaping and delivery of overall financial targets and performance. Scope includes financial planning, decision support, restructuring support, process simplification, financial management and governance.
The FD needs to demonstrate experience of leading a large-scale Tech function, commercial acumen, strategic insight, rigorous analysis, proactive challenge and exceptional execution.
Senior stakeholders (mainly Senior Vice Presidents) across the organisation interact and depend on this role.
This is a highly commercial hands-on role, that is required to give executive support and guidance on ad hoc projects/ subjects to help drive delivery, tech enterprise risk topics and other change/ strategic initiatives across Tech & Digital and to the broader business.
You’ll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.
