With a stellar reputation for providing exceptional legal advice and client service, the firm is committed to excellence and finding innovative solutions to the most complex legal problems.

The Finance Director will be part of the continued strategic growth of the firm and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring robust financial controls, managing financial risks, and supporting sustainable growth, along with driving digital transformation. The role is crucial to maintaining financial health, compliance, and operational excellence within a dynamic legal environment.

The Finance Director will be a fully qualified accountant with significant track record in senior finance leadership roles and extensive experience of managing a finance function in a medium-to-large organisation, ideally within the professional services or legal sector.

In addition, the successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator and inspirational leader; someone with the ability to align financial strategy with business objectives and a deep understanding of business drivers, as well as being technically strong.
