Finance Director
Artemis Executive Search is partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s standout business success stories to appoint a commercially astute, ambitious Finance Director to support the next phase of its growth journey.
Over the past five years, the business has delivered exceptional growth, earning a strong reputation in its sector and winning a number of prestigious industry awards. With the foundations firmly in place, the next five years represent an exciting new chapter, with an ambitious strategy to grow the business by 2.5x through continued organic expansion across the island of Ireland, alongside a strategic move into the UK market.
To support this next stage of development, we are seeking a forward-thinking finance leader who can combine strategic financial leadership with operational influence, systems expertise and a relentless focus on business performance.

Working in close partnership with Operations, you will use data and financial insight to identify opportunities, improve efficiencies, drive accountability and enhance overall business performance.
You will also be a key voice at board and investor level, bringing fresh ideas, constructive challenge and the commercial confidence to influence strategic decisions.
