Job summary

Abacus Careers in Belfast seeks an ambitious Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Director to influence the practice's direction and drive growth. You will manage a sizeable client portfolio, deliver advanced accounting and reporting services, and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

You will build strong client relationships with business owners and senior teams, identify opportunities, and guide strategy with Partners.

Qualifications

• Post-qualified professional with ACA, ACCA or CIMA credentials.
• Experience leading a portfolio of business clients and managing a team.
• Strong client relationship and business development capability.
