Job summary

Deloitte UK is recruiting for an Early Careers role in Forensic and Financial Crime. You will work on live client challenges, learning to apply data, technology and consulting to detect and prevent financial crime.

You will gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, AI and machine learning, building dashboards and data pipelines while developing client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in a STEM-related degree, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
• Graduates expected by September 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.
• Curious, energetic problem-solvers with data, technology and consulting interest.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve technology solutions to detect and prevent financial crime.
• Structure ambiguous questions into clear communications for clients.
• Help transform financial crime risk management using technology, data and AI.
• Use data and analytics to explore patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Build data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical outputs for risk monitoring.
• Turn regulatory and technology challenges into clear recommendations and delivery plans.
