Job summary

Epassi, based in Haywards Heath, seeks a Finance Controller to own trial balance and month-end close across UK entities, drive NetSuite migration, and prepare for group wallet entity consolidation from mid-2027. The role combines rigorous accounting control with strategic partnership across the business.

You will deliver the monthly management pack with narrative, support planning and budgeting cycles, and ensure data integrity across LucaNet and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification industry experience.
• Proven ownership of full trial balance and month-end close.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany transactions, and financial instruments.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets across multiple systems.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription businesses, with familiarity with ARR and SaaS metrics reporting.
• Drive to improve processes and build new structures in a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control (primary focus) — own the trial balances for BU UK entities and ensure audit-ready ledgers.
• Reporting — deliver monthly management pack with narrative behind the numbers.
• FP&A Support — assist planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
• Systems & Data — drive NetSuite migration and reconcile with LucaNet.
• Group Wallet Entities — from mid-2027, take ownership of the wallet holding company balances.
