Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in financial control within QSR, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, inventory, and KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting systems experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Commercial, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Based remotely in the Midlands with travel across the region.

We're looking for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Financial Controller to lead financial control, performance insight, and commercial delivery across our growing restaurant business.

Reporting to the Group Operations Finance Director, this is a pivotal role shaping a robust, scalable finance approach across a fast-paced, multi-site QSR business.

You'll strengthen financial foundations - from reporting accuracy and cost control to inventory, margin performance, and governance - while partnering closely with Operations to turn data into clear, actionable insight that drives profitability and operational excellence.

At the same time, you'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, helping to ensure the business is set up to grow with confidence, discipline, and pace.

The Role

You'll bring:

• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/reporting systems
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
• A commercially minded, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Confidence to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Resilience and agility in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
