Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience in finance.
• Strong background in financial reporting ideally from media (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 (qualified, non-qualified & manager).
• Review monthly management accounts ensuring variances are explained.
• Produce statutory accounts and lead the audit process.
• Prepare monthly group cash flow.
• Review and approve budgets.
• Attend Senior Leadership meetings to discuss performance.
• Review and improve group policies.
• Manage and motivate the team.
