Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller in PE-backed or project-led businesses.
• Strong technical accounting skills and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK & Ireland financial control across multiple legal entities.
• Establish and embed best-in-class financial controls and processes.
• Own month-end close, management accounts, and statutory reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee working capital and compliance.
• Provide financial insights and cost control to senior leadership.
• Manage a finance team of up to 10 professionals.
