T2M Resourcing Ltd has identified a site-based finance leadership opportunity in the South West of England. The role oversees financial control and reporting for two entities with combined turnover around £30m, acting as a finance business partner to the local leadership team while supporting group reporting requirements.

Reporting to the MD (with dotted line to the Group FD), the position is based on site with some hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a high level of commercial acumen.
• Prior experience of undertaking or supporting a similar level role within a group environment.
• Manufacturing experience with stock reporting and ideally costing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Deadline-driven with strong planning and prioritisation.

Responsabilités

• Leading and developing a finance team of 6 staff
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including financial analysis and KPI reports
• Presenting financial information at senior leadership meetings to support decisions and highlight margin opportunities
• Playing a key role in management meetings
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management and forecasts
• Statutory reporting including financial statements and VAT returns
• Stock reporting and analysis with management team
• Main contact for external auditors
• Development of processes to enhance efficiency and financial insights (potentially including AI)
