Base pay range

Your new company
You will be working for a Series A fintech that is rapidly growing and looking to fund a Series B in the next 12 months. The business supports companies within investment management and asset management. They are looking for an interim Financial Controller to help grow the finance function in line with the growth of the business.

Your new role
You will be supporting the CFO and be managing the day-to-day finance operations of the business. You will be owning the month-end process, supporting budgeting & forecasting and managing the transactional finance accountant. You will also be integral in process improvement and even support a system implementation later in the year.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant who has experience working in a start-up environment and is used to working in high-growth businesses. You will enjoy process improvement and building out a finance function from scratch. You will have great communication skills and feel comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.
