Publicly listed SaaS business is currently looking for a Group Financial Controller to lead finance operations, ensure robust financial governance, and support the next phase of international growth.

The business is a, cloud-first tech company delivering mission-critical SaaS solutions to global enterprise clients. With a strong customer base, recurring revenues, and ambitious plans, this is a unique opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a company set for long-term success.

As a Group Financial Controller, you’ll lead the financial reporting, compliance, and control environment. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you’ll be instrumental in scaling finance operations, optimising processes, and ensuring we meet the highest standards of financial integrity and reporting as a listed entity.

Responsibilities:

• Own the group’s consolidated financial reporting (IFRS) and control environment
• Oversee month-end close, statutory reporting, and annual audit processes
• Lead group cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and liquidity planning
• Monitor and manage working capital requirements across multiple regions
• Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes as we scale
• Manage a growing team of qualified finance professionals across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as key liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
• Experience as a Financial Controller or similar within a tech/SaaS environment
• Proven experience managing group cash flow, treasury, and liquidity across entities
• Strong understanding of IFRS (especially IFRS 15) and listed company financial reporting requirements
• Track record of leading teams and implementing scalable finance operations
• Commercially astute, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
