Platinum Recruitment Group in Leeds City Centre is seeking a Financial Controller to own one entity and drive the financial strategy during a rapid growth phase.

You will work closely with the FD & CEO, lead a small finance team, shape processes, and push for robust budgeting and forecasting. This role offers a real platform to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with commercial management accounting experience.
• Experience leading a small finance team.
• Strong end-to-end month-end and financial controls knowledge.

This multi site business is scaling fast and set to surpass £20m turnover in 2027. Now entering a pivotal growth phase, they're seeking a sharp Financial Controller to own one entity and be at the heart of the expansion.

You'll work side-by-side with the FD & CEO with a standout reputation in their sector. The business plan is ambitious yet wholly achievable with the right individual leading the charge.

The role will be responsible for:

• Full ownership of month-end, start to finish
• Real influence over budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decisions
• Direct exposure to senior leadership - alongside managing a small finance team
• The chance to build, improve, and shape processes in a scaling business
• Responsibility that grows as the business grows
