What you'll lead and deliver:

Manage and mentor the operational finance team to high performance
Full management accounts ownership, cash flow, board reporting
Drive efficiencies and controls, implementing smart process improvements
Partner closely with HQ and store teams on commercial performance
Oversee payroll across retail and head office
Own statutory accounts, audit, and compliance
Budgeting, reforesting, margin insight, and working capital oversight

What you'll bring:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with strong retail or multi-site sector experience
Confident, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Sharp commercial edge and top-tier technical accounting know-how
Natural communicator - comfortable with everyone from CFOs to Store Managers
Advanced Excel skills and a love for driving change through data
