Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will play a critical role leading the transactional finance team, communicating with the wider organisation, whilst ensuring robust financial controls, accurate financial reporting and strong statutory compliance across the organisation and its related entities.
Key responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with significant experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar senior finance position.

You will have strong experience in:
Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the Charities SORP framework and experience supporting Boards, Trustees or Finance Committees.
