CMA Recruitment Group is supporting an established SME in Andover to appoint a Financial Controller. You will lead day-to-day financial operations with a clear focus on robust controls, accurate reporting, and commercial insight, shaping the business's future direction.

Working with the senior leadership team, you’ll produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections while partnering with non-finance colleagues to optimise profitability and efficiency.

Formación

• Qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professionals with proven senior finance management experience, ideally within an SME environment.
• Demonstrates a strategic mindset with the ability to manage both detailed financial processes and broader commercial initiatives.
• Approachable, collaborative, and confident in engaging with non-finance stakeholders to influence positive business outcomes.
• Skilled in producing management and financial reporting, with good knowledge of stock, inventory, and working capital management.
• Adept at leading and developing small finance teams and championing a high standard of financial control.

Responsabilidades
