Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our Financial Care Team. You’ll speak with customers facing financial difficulties, listen to their circumstances, and identify practical support options in a busy telephone-based role.

Work is 35 hours per week with 8am–7pm shifts on weekdays, in a hybrid setup. You’ll be part of a national network with strong focus on customer outcomes and compliant care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding listening skills with the ability to understand the full picture before reaching a solution.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to have sensitive conversations over the telephone.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
