One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking for 2 experienced Finance Assistants to join their team initially until the 30th of September.
Candidates may be required to be on site occasionally at sites in Stirling and Glasgow/Eurocentral.
The role primarily involves handling mailbox queries related to a recent billing run that issued over 10,000 invoices. Responsibilities include managing rejected invoices, calculating payment plans, updating customer information, and investigating undelivered emails.
