Job summary

Broster Buchanan's client in Duxford is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join the finance team. This role suits a part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA candidate looking to develop analytical skills and gain commercial finance experience.

You'll work with senior finance leaders to provide financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, and produce KPI dashboards within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA (or actively studying).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data clearly.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and management information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with month-end reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Produce KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
