Job summary

HARMAN International Industries in the UK is seeking a Financial Analyst in Category Controlling within the Sound United SBU. You will partner with Product Category and Engineering teams to connect financial performance with strategic decisions and help evaluate investment opportunities.

You’ll build models, dashboards, and KPIs to drive profitability and governance across the portfolio, while collaborating across functions in a hybrid, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related roles.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner to Product Category and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility.
• Analyze portfolio performance, evaluate investments, and support business cases.
