The Role

As a Financial Restructuring Partner, you will be instrumental in leading and growing the firm’s restructuring offering. You’ll advise businesses across sectors who are navigating financial distress, underperformance, or strategic change — offering clear, outcome-focused solutions that drive recovery and value preservation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of complex restructuring cases, specifically IBRs
• Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including company directors, banks, private equity, asset-based lenders, and legal advisors.
• Leading on business development, building new relationships while deepening existing ones.
• Contributing to firmwide strategy and mentoring the next generation of advisory talent.
• Playing a key role in cross-functional mandates, leveraging in-house expertise across debt advisory, turnaround, and corporate finance.
