Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a field-based Financial Adviser to provide holistic financial planning advice to existing NFU Mutual customers. You’ll partner with local NFU Mutual Agencies in Norwich, developing client relationships and delivering advice across life, pensions, investments and inheritance tax.

You will travel up to 4 days per week to Agencies, customers and NFU Mutual offices, building trust and delivering compliant financial outcomes for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Fully FPC qualified plus full CAS.
• Full QCA Level 4 qualification (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
• Experience of delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers, face to face with a proven track record of financial results.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across Life, Pensions, Investments and Inheritance Tax to a broad range of customers.
• Travel multi-site to NFU Mutual Agencies, customers and offices in and around Norwich (up to 4 days per week).
• Develop relationships with local NFU Mutual Agencies and their customers.
• Ensure compliant, customer‑centred advice in line with UK financial services regulation.
